Trip Outline

6:00 AM- Early morning pick up from your hotel as the best experiences of the Himalayas can be done early (The pickup time varies depending on our flight schedule, we will reconfirm the correct time a day earlier of your flight date)

6:30 AM- Drive to the Tribhuvan International Airport in about 30 minutes for your tour.

7:00 AM- The helicopter takes off after necessary arrangements for the tour.

8:10 AM- Stop at Lukla and have a brief viewing of the airport and surroundings, refueling.

09: AM- Second stop at Pheriche and changing the chopper for higher altitude flights. Transfer to shuttle if the pax is more than 3 in number. The flight to Everest base camp/Kalapatthar comes next. This stop at Pheriche will have a ground time of about 20 minutes for sightseeing and taking pictures of the surrounding mountain and breathtaking landscapes.

09:20 AM- Fly to the iconic view spot of Kalapatthar and a brief stop to praise the mesmerizing Everest View here.

09:40 AM- Fly back to Syangboche Airport (3780 m), walk to Everest View Hotel and have breakfast admiring the scenic panoramic views of mountains including the world’s highest Everest on clear days. Spend about 30 minutes for breakfast and sightseeing at the hotel.

10:30 AM- Fly to Lukla and Kathmandu.

11:30 AM- Arrival at Kathmandu airport, transfer to your preferred location.

STANDARD SERVICE INCLUSION

  • Pick up from hotel, Fly to Mt. Everest, land at Kalapatthar at 5644.5 m for about 10 minutes then stop about an hour at Syangboche Everest view hotel then back to Kathmandu (Tour on group joining)

  • Khumbu Pasang Lhamu Rural Municipality Permit
  • Trekkers Information Management System (TIMS)
  • Emergency Rescue Service: Should any emergency arise during your trek, we will provide prompt and professional rescue and medical services. We carry a Supplementary oxygen tank with a mask and regulator for emergencies. However, you must be already insured for such emergencies, and your insurance policy must cover helicopter evacuation. Moreover, you should provide your policy details and authorize us to deal directly with your insurance company on your behalf. Please make sure that your insurance will cover helicopter evacuation up to 5650 meters.
