Pikey Peak Trek is a newly discovered trek in the Everest Region. The trail is less crowded and hence peaceful which makes it the best alternative trek. This trek takes pass travelers through several attractive villages. Sherpas are the prime ethnicities residing here. Itinerary

30-45 min drive Hotel

Upon your arrival, our representative welcomes you and transfers you to the hotel in Thamel. Then, an introduction with the guide and a final check of equipment and trekking documents. Stay overnight.


8 hours drive Teahouse

Take a scenic drive from Kathmandu to Dhap Bazaar. Adore the surrounding scenery, changing landscapes, flowing rivers, and passing several settlements. After 7-8 hours of drive, reach Dhap for an overnight stay.


4-5 hrs Teahouse

After breakfast, commence the trek adoring the beautiful scenery. Arrive at the village of Sigane and witness the awesome view of the Numbur Himal ranges. Traversing through the forested trail with several ups and downs arrive at Jhapre.


5-6 hrs Teahouse

Relishing the fabulous views of the Everest ranges, follow the trail that leads to Bhulbhule. Trek slowly as the altitude rises. Pass through old yak houses, mani wall, and a forested trail to reach Pikey Peak Base Camp.


4-5 hrs Teahouse

Wake up early and start the trek to Peak Peak. Ascend slowly and after a few hours reach the top. Relish the sunrise view over snow-covered peaks including Everest, Thamserku, Numbur Chuli, Kanchenjunga, Lhotse, etc. Take pictures, create memories, and spend some time over there. Slowly descend and following an ascending and descending trail, arrive at Jase Bhanjyang.


5-6 hrs Teahouse

Pass through the forested trail admiring the scenery and arrive at Toktok. Continue the trek further and arrive at Junbesi. This beautiful village is inhabited by Sherpa and Tamang ethnicities. There is also a Buddhist Stupa in the vicinity, explore it. Interact with the friendly locals and stay overnight.


5-6 hrs Teahouse

Descend through the trail and traverse a steel suspension bridge to reach Beni Ghat. Enjoying the surrounding scenic views and walking on a comfortable trail, reach Phaplu.


9-10 hours drive Hotel

Drive from Phaplu to Kathmandu with a regular sumo jeep. Upon arrival at Kathmandu, transfer to the hotel. In the evening farewell dinner at an authentic Nepali restaurant with Nepali cuisine.


Farewell and airport transfer at your required time.

Moreover, you should provide your policy details and authorize us to deal directly with your insurance company on your behalf. Please make sure that your insurance will cover helicopter evacuation up to 5700 meters.

CANCELLATION

  • Free cancellation up to 60 days prior departure
  • 30% of the total cost of the trip will be charged if cancelled between 60 to 30 days prior to departure date
  • 60% of total cost of the trip will be charged if cancelled in between 30 to 14 days prior to departure date. 
  • No refund will be provided if cancelled within 14 days prior of departure date.
  • No refunded will be provided if the guest will not show up. 
  • Regrettably, in case where the trek/tour can not be completed due to customer's own problem or sickness or unfavourable weather there will be no refund. 
  • If the trekking/tour is extended more than given itinerary extra charge will be applied accordingly 
  • If the agreed trip can not be organised due to bad weather or any unforeseen events, similar trip will be organised (in the mutual understanding with the travellers)
