Our Annapurna Circuit Trek itinerary has been prepared to take both convenience and budget into consideration; so that almost anybody with sound health and fitness level can participate.
The trek starts from Besisahar. Till we achieve its source close to the delightful valley of Manang, continues through ordinary Nepalese villages, forests, and passes, the most elevated point being Thorong La Pass (5,416 m). Muktinath is a Hindu pilgrimage with natural wonders on the bank of the Kaligandaki River. Annapurna Circuit has a well- developed infrastructure for trekkers with an abundant number of lodges on the way. Throughout your Annapurna Circuit Trek you will have the capacity to appreciate hypnotizing perspectives of the Himalayan Range; including three major peaks, Mt. Annapurna, Mt. Dhaulagiri, and Mt. Manaslu, all of which measure above 8,000m.

Day 01: Arrive in Kathmandu
Upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport (TIA), our representative will
welcome you, a short introduction then transfer you to the hotel in Thamel. If time
permits you can look around Thamel area (Touristic zone) or walk to Kathmandu Durbar
Square. Night at the hotel.
Day 02: Trek preparation day (Optional Kathmandu Sightseeing), introduction with your trekking guide.
Today is trek preparation day. Visit the Outdoor Himalayan Treks office in Thamel. Meet
our guide and get briefed about the trip. All required documents and equipment are
checked. Arrange the backpack as instructed. Later visit the nearby places or Thamel
market. Purchase the necessary equipment if required for the trip. We also have a
Kathmandu sightseeing optional package. With an additional charge, you can sightsee
around Kathmandu Valley. Explore the nightlife in Thamel and stay overnight.
Day 03: Kathmandu to Besishar by Local Bus 5-6hrs, then Dharapani by Local Jeep 3-4hrs
The guide receive you at your hotel and drives you to Gongabu Bus Park. From there, an
adventurous ride on a local bus to Besisahar. Admire the beautiful scenery on the way.
Upon reaching Besisahar, ride on a shared local jeep to Dharapani. A new experience to
ride on a bumpy road and lovely surroundings. Stay at a guesthouse.

Day 04: Trek to Chame 2750m. 5-6 hrs, Tea House
Enjoy walking in the dense forest of pine, fir, and oak surrounded by stunning snow-capped mountains. Get a glimpse of Mt. Lamjung and Mt. Annapurna and proceed further to reach Chame. Stay overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 05: Trek to Pisang 3200m. 6 hrs, Teahouse
Walk through the dense woods and traverse a narrow river valley on a steep trail. Get a
sight of the massive Paungda Danda Rock en route and then ascend to Dhikur Pokhari.
From there, trek further and reach Pisang village. Stay overnight.
Day 06: Trek to Manang 3500m. 6-7 hrs, Teahouse
A delightful trek to the beautiful village of Manang. Passing the lovely settlements of
Ngawal and Braka enter the Manang village. A beautiful view of Annapurna Ranges
from Ngawal. Witness many small monasteries and feel a change in landscape. Visit the
Braka monastery and from there ascend uphill. Reach Manang and spend a night there.
Day 07: Rest day Teahouse
During the trekking, a rest day is very essential. An acclimatization rest at Manang. A short hike to the Gangapurna viewpoint to adapt to the environment. An astonishing view of snow-capped mountains like Tilicho and Pisang Peak, glacial lakes, and a pretty Manang village from the summit of the viewpoint. Descend gradually to the Manang village and later visit nearby monasteries, and interact with locals. Stay overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 08: Trek to Ledar (4200m) 6 hrs, Teahouse
A pleasant walk following the trails witnessing fabulous scenery, and yaks grazing. Pass the Ghunsang village and continue walking on the trail. Climb uphill and then downhill in the vicinity of stunning snowy mountains and reach Yak Kharka. Stay overnight.
Day 09: Trek to Thorong High Camp (4450m) 6-7 hrs, Teahouse
From Yak Kharka, walk slowly maintaining a pace to reach Thorong Phedi. Due to the change in altitude, slow uphill climb and descent crossing a river. Again, climb uphill and feel the chill wind blowing and continue till Thorong Phedi. Stay overnight at a guesthouse.
Day 10: Trek to Muktinath (3760m) via Thorongla Pass. 6-7 hrs, Teahouse
An exciting trek to Muktinath via Thorongla Pass. A long trek journey starts with a gentle
walk to High Camp. From there, continue walking and steep ascend climb to Thorongla
Pass. The highest pass elevated at 5416 m during the Annapurna Circuit Trek. A chance
of getting altitude sickness due to the altitude so be careful walking while maintaining the
same speed. From the top, a great view of Annapurna ranges, surrounding peaks, and a
glimpse of colorful prayer flags and chortens en route. Take some snaps, create some
good memories, and descend gradually until you reach Muktinath. Stay overnight at a
guesthouse.
Day 11: Local Bus/Jeep drive to Pokhara 8-9 Hours, Hotel
In the morning, visit the holy Hindu temple Muktinath. The temple holds great
importance for both Hindus and Buddhists all over the world. Visit the Vishnu temple
and the sight of never-ending burning flames and waterfalls from the 108 stone taps.
Have breakfast and drive to Pokhara on a local bus. Enjoy the local ride adoring beautiful
landscapes, passing many settlements and beautiful sceneries on the rough and straight
roads. For snacks/lunch, stop at stopovers. Rest and refresh at a hotel in Pokhara. Explore
the nightlife in Pokhara and stay overnight at a hotel.
Day 12: Pokhara to Kathmandu (by Tourist Bus) 6-7 hrs
In the morning, have breakfast and explore the nearby places if time permits. Otherwise,
return to Kathmandu by tourist bus as scheduled. Rest and relax at a Hotel Mums Home.
Later, stroll around the Thamel market and nearby places and do some shopping. In the
evening, accompany us for a farewell dinner. A pleasant dinner at a popular restaurant
providing Nepalese authentic food and performing cultural shows. After dinner, we drive
you back to your hotel. Spend a night.
(If you wish to extend your stay in Pokhara that is fine with us. we will be happy to provide you with the bus tickets for your desired date. You can also take a private car/jeep or flight to Kathmandu, kindly feel free to let us know for the extra cost).
Day 13: Final departure
A final departure from Kathmandu after a memorable Annapurna Circuit Trek. We arrange a proper transfer to the International Airport and our representative bids farewell with the hope of meeting again.
