All seasons have their prominent features and for short Annapurna Region Treks, all four seasons are preferable. Travelers can witness diverse scenery and experience different weather in these seasons. But, still, the best time for short Annapurna Region treks is considered as Spring (Mar-May) and Autumn (Sep-Nov) seasons.
During Spring and Autumn seasons, the weather is usually dry and clear which offers spectacular views and nature at its best. The temperature is mild which makes it trekkers easy to trek adoring the surrounding vistas. Especially in the Spring seasons, flower blossoms and verdant greenery in the vicinity make the trek even more beautiful.
We recommend you make proper plans and check the weather before venturing to the Annapurna region treks. If you are a first-time trekker, it is best to trek in the peak seasons.
We require a compulsory Annapurna Conservation Area Permit (ACAP) and Trekkers Information Management System (TIMS) for all 4 trek destinations except Sarangkot Dhampus Trek.
