Mardi Himal Yoga trek in the vicinity of Annapurna region offers spectacular views of the Himalayan mountain range. This is a newly developed less crowded trek that passes through attractive settlements of diverse ethnic groups. Immerse yourself in the Himalayan lifestyle and culture of the locals. Enjoy trekking through lush valleys, alpine meadows, and lichen-laden dense forests during this trek. This is a moderate-level trek with impressive views of mountain ranges and peaks (Mardi, Annapurna, Lamjung, Himchuli, and more).

This 10-day yoga trek in the unspoiled nature of the Mardi region is a breathtaking experience for trekkers. The highest elevation gain during the trek is 3,600 m (High Camp). Itinerary

Arrive at the international airport welcome and transfer to the Hotel in Thamel, meet your guide, brief about the trip, and welcome Yoga session.


Our Guide will pick you up from your hotel, transfer you to the bus park, tourist bus drive to Pokhara, and check in to the hotel, overnight at the hotel.

After breakfast about 8:00 drive for an hour to reach Phedi. Then, trek to the Deurali (a low pass) of Pothana village. You make a gradual ascent to your destination in about 4-5 hours. Overnight at tea house.

After breakfast about 8 am start Walking through villages and forests, and reach the forest camp in about 5-6 hours. Overnight at tea house.

You will experience the thrill of walking in the total wilderness of thick forests covered with rhododendrons and other trees. Mostly the trees are covered with mosses and lichen. Occasionally the thick foliage opens into small windows, from which you will stare at the stunning sceneries in the direction of Hiunchuli and Annapurna South. On the left side far below lies the Modi Khola Valley. As you approach the camp, captivating views of the northern face of Mt. Fishtail greet you. It’s about 6-7 hours overnight lodge.

Pass through rhododendron forest and alpine pasture land to reach the High Camp. In clear weather, you will infinitely enjoy the Himalayan panorama. It’s about 5-6 hours walk. Overnight at the lodge.

The distance of the walk is 6-7 hours. The return route is different from the above. You will walk through the thick forest and then see the terraced farmland as you return to the Upper Mardi Khola region. You will see the original rural Nepal with its life at ease and the proximity of Mother Nature. Overnight at tea house.

Treat yourself to the magnificent sceneries of the Himalayan region from this place and return to Pokhara. It’s about 5 hours, check in to a hotel in Pokhara, overnight.

After breakfast, the tourist bus drive to Kathmandu, check in to the hotel, and after that enjoy a typical Nepali cultural show dinner, overnight at the hotel.

Transfer to the international airport at your required time or extend your holiday for other activities on your request.

What's included

  • Accommodation: Basic teahouse accommodation during the trek (Toilet and bathroom will be outside of the room; Deluxe accommodation for 2 nights in Kathmandu and 2 Nights in Pokhara on a sharing basis.
  • Meals: 3 meals per day (breakfast, lunch, and dinner. which you can choose from the menu tea and coffee are provided with meals) during the trek; breakfast in Kathmandu and Pokhara.
  • Transportation: Airport - hotel - airport transfers by private transfer, Kathmandu -Pokhara - Kathmandu by tourist bus. Transfer from Pokhara to Trekking starting point and return to Pokhara by private transport.
  • Documentation: Trekking permit ACAP (Annapurna Conservation Area Project entry permit), Trekkers' Information Management System (TIMS) card, and Machhapuchhre Rural Municipality Permit.
  • Equipment: Yoga Mat.
  • Human resource: A professional and experienced Yoga Trekking guide (English-speaking); all the expenses for the guide are covered (wages, accommodation, meals, transportation, insurance, etc.)
  • Tax/Service Charge: All applicable taxes, service charges, or fees. We hereby guarantee you no hidden charges.
  • Complimentary: Farewell dinner in Kathmandu (authentic Nepalese cuisines with a live cultural show)
  • Emergency Rescue Service: Should any emergency arise during your trek, we will provide prompt and professional rescue and medical services. However, you must be already insured for such emergencies, and your insurance policy must cover helicopter evacuation (Kindly make sure that the policy covers until 4500 Mtrs). Moreover, you should provide your policy details and authorize us to deal directly with your insurance Company on your behalf.

CANCELLATION

  • Free cancellation up to 60 days prior departure
  • 30% of the total cost of the trip will be charged if cancelled between 60 to 30 days prior to departure date
  • 60% of total cost of the trip will be charged if cancelled in between 30 to 14 days prior to departure date. 
  • No refund will be provided if cancelled within 14 days prior of departure date.
  • No refunded will be provided if the guest will not show up. 
  • Regrettably, in case where the trek/tour can not be completed due to customer's own problem or sickness or unfavourable weather there will be no refund. 
  • If the trekking/tour is extended more than given itinerary extra charge will be applied accordingly 
  • If the agreed trip can not be organised due to bad weather or any unforeseen events, similar trip will be organised (in the mutual understanding with the travellers)
